Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Sales Cloud solutions that empower sales, sales operations, and customer success teams. You will lead delivery of complex features, integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms, and drive AI-powered capabilities across the system.

You will work hands-on with Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative Salesforce features, while mentoring teams and aligning with business objectives

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years on Sales Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of the Sales Cloud data model, sharing and security model, and opportunity/forecast management.
• Proven experience with API-based integrations and middleware.
• Hands-on experience with Copado for CI/CD and release management, including pipeline configuration and automated deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Support the single customer view through identity matching, survivorship rules, and duplicate management.
• Design and build AI-driven automation using Salesforce tools and Flow.
• Drive CI/CD and release management using Copado, Git, and SFDX, including automated testing and deployments.
