LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Senior Salesforce Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Sales Cloud solutions that empower sales, sales operations, and customer success teams. You will lead features, integrate with enterprise platforms, and drive AI-enabled capabilities.

Bring 6+ years of Salesforce development, 4+ years on Sales Cloud, and deep knowledge of data models, sharing, security, and forecast management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years on Sales Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch and queueable jobs, LWC, and Flow.
• Deep knowledge of the Sales Cloud data model, sharing and security model, and opportunity and forecast management.
• Proven experience with API-based integrations and middleware.
• Hands-on experience with Copado for CI/CD and release management, including pipeline configuration, branching and promotion strategies, automated deployments, and back-promotions.
• Also experience with Git-based source control and SFDX.
• Hands-on experience building automation with Salesforce Flow (record-triggered, orchestration, and platform-event flows) plus Apex-based automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, and Forecasting modules.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Enable AI-powered capabilities and automate business signals within Salesforce workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and manage release pipelines with Copado.
