Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II in the United States. The role focuses on designing, building, and supporting scalable Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Forecasting.

You will lead feature delivery, integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms, and drive AI-powered capabilities, leveraging Copado for CI/CD and automated deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years on Sales Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of the Sales Cloud data model, sharing and security model, and opportunity/forecast management.
• Experience with API-based integrations and middleware.
• Hands-on experience with Copado for CI/CD and release management, including pipeline configuration, branching, and automated deployments; building automation with Flow and Apex.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions for sales, operations, and customer success teams.
• Lead delivery of complex features and integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities within Salesforce workflows.
• Manage CI/CD and release processes using Copado, Git, and SFDX; ensure automated testing and deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and data synchronization challenges.
