Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, seeks a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Sales Cloud solutions that empower sales, sales ops, and customer success teams. You will lead complex feature delivery and integrate Salesforce with key enterprise platforms.

You will drive AI-powered capabilities, work across business and technology teams, and guide CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Git, and SFDX to deliver impactful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years on Sales Cloud.
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
• Experience with API integrations and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Drive AI-driven automation using Salesforce tools and Flow.
• Lead CI/CD and release management using Copado, Git, and SFDX.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize data synchronization.
