Job summary

CloudM is seeking a senior Salesforce Administrator to own the revenue operations platform, with Salesforce at its core. You will stabilise, document, and streamline automation while supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance as the business scales.

You’ll be the sole internal Salesforce expert, supported by an external partner for deep technical work. The role emphasizes declarative builds, clear documentation, and data quality across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Five+ years administering Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience rebuilding automation and flows with declarative and Apex skills.
• Strong reporting, dashboarding and data quality discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce platform administration end-to-end and ensure reliability.
• Remediate automation, rationalise existing flows, and document changes.
• Support revenue teams and manage the deal desk with DealHub integration.
• Maintain data quality, run audits, and develop insightful dashboards.
• Coordinate with external Salesforce partner and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Document systems, run enablement sessions, and promote data hygiene across teams.
