Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a skilled Business Systems Administrator to own the Salesforce and related Customer Experience systems. This fully remote role supports Services, Success, and Support teams, delivering automated processes and scalable solutions from anywhere in the United States.

You will design, build, and maintain flows and security configurations to protect customer data, align with business priorities, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in a related role; SaaS experience a plus.
• 2–3 years administering Salesforce Service Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, and Customer Communities.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification a plus.
• Experience designing and managing Salesforce Flows.
• Ability to lead change management and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Disciplined, autonomous work habits and security-minded.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual processes to automate with Salesforce and related tools.
• Scope, plan, and deliver system solutions for customer-facing teams.
• Lead the redesign of the Customer Hub and ongoing support.
• Manage access, configuration, and security controls.
