Sisense is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the health, configuration, and evolution of our Salesforce org and the revenue tools connected to it. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you’ll be the go-to Salesforce expert on a four-person Revenue Operations team.

You’ll partner closely with Sales Operations, Business Systems, and Marketing Operations, and support users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) or equivalent mastery.
• Deep automation and architecture expertise in Flows, validation rules, and approvals.
• Hands-on CPQ experience with quoting and deal workflows in Salesforce.
• Robust security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules knowledge.
• Release and environment management across sandboxes and deployments.
• Data stewardship and data quality controls for pipeline/revenue reporting.
• Integration troubleshooting between Salesforce and GTM tools.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success in SaaS.

Responsabilidades

• Own Salesforce administration: configure objects/fields, page layouts, validation rules, user management, security, and documentation.
• Build automation: create Flows and approval processes for leads, opportunities, quoting, renewals, and expansions.
• Manage security and access: maintain profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
• Run the release process: gather requirements, test in sandboxes, manage deployments, inform users.
• Support connected platforms: integrate with Clari, Gainsight, Marketo, ZoomInfo, and related tools.
• Protect data quality: enforce standards, deduplicate, validate reporting data.
• Deliver reporting: build dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, and leadership visibility.
• Support users: resolve tickets via Jira, prioritize work, create training materials.
• Improve the org: assess tech debt and evaluate new Salesforce features including AI.
