Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced transformation, spanning strategy to deployment and adoption. You will manage executive stakeholders, oversee budgets over $3M, and guide cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.

The role requires 10+ years in consulting and program delivery, with 5+ years in Salesforce transformations and strong governance and change-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, program management, and enterprise transformation delivery experience.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce CPQ, or complex Quote-to-Cash implementations.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills with C-suite exposure.
• Budgets exceeding $3M and global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engagement lead and trusted advisor to business and technology executives.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced transformation programs from strategy through deployment and adoption.
• Drive QTC transformation including CPQ, product catalog, pricing, contract management, and billing.
• Manage program scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Facilitate governance reviews, steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
