Qualifications

• Experience managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.
• Strong experience delivering Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud projects.
• Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, and security model.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, estimation, resource management, governance, deployment, and hyper-care.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define roadmap and implementation strategy.
• Lead Agile delivery teams and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and release planning.
• Ensure quality governance, testing oversight, release management, and production readiness.
