Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Engagement Manager to lead enterprise Salesforce programs in a hybrid setup across multiple U.S. delivery centers.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare, coordinating onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT and project management, proven Salesforce implementation experience, strong Salesforce platform knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT and project/program management experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, release management, and data migration.
• Experience leading Agile teams and managing distributed delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce program delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and overall delivery governance.
• Drive Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Oversee Salesforce releases, data migration, metadata deployment, and environment management.
• Manage cross-functional teams across functional, technical, QA, and integration workstreams.
• Coordinate dependencies across ERP, supply chain, order management, and data platforms.
• Lead UAT, deployment planning, executive reporting, RAID management, and escalation processes.
• Engage effectively with business and IT stakeholders in onshore/offshore delivery environments.
