Job summary

Capgemini seeks an Engagement Manager to lead a large Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced transformation program. You will guide strategy through deployment, manage governance and executives, and ensure value realization for Quote-to-Cash initiatives.

The role requires deep Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and SaaS transformation expertise, with experience leading multi-team, multi-location delivery and balancing onshore/offshore governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, program management and transformation delivery.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce transformation programs.
• Experience delivering Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced/CPQ or QTC.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engagement lead to business and technology executives.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud transformation programs from strategy to deployment.
• Drive QTC business process transformation including CPQ, product catalog, pricing, and订 billings.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and delivery quality.
