Job summary

Cengage is seeking a senior CRM program leader to define scope and deliver large-scale Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will drive enterprise CRM transformations, manage budgets and vendor relationships, collaborate with senior leaders, and govern delivery frameworks across cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years directing enterprise program efforts related to technology and business transformation.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce and CRM programs in complex environments.
• Experience managing Salesforce implementations, improvements, and governance initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience/Data Clouds and related tools.
• Ability to establish governance models, Centers of Excellence, and scalable delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale CRM programs and Salesforce initiatives with senior leadership.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables across CRM ecosystems and ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts, delivering measurable business value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver complex initiatives.
