Job summary

Virtualan Software, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead strategic platform initiatives and multi-year roadmaps. You will drive migration to Revenue Cloud, define data models, and oversee integrations and governance across the Salesforce ecosystem.

As a hands-on leader, you will mentor administrators, manage a diverse team, and partner with security and executives to optimize cost, risk, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years Salesforce platform experience in architecture/lead design roles.
• 2+ years leading a team or similar leadership capacity.
• Experience integrating acquired companies/new business units into Salesforce.
• Hands-on with Salesforce CPQ including amendment/renewal logic and Revenue Cloud.
• Proven ability to architect and administer complex Salesforce environments.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels, from users to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and migration planning to Revenue Cloud with minimal business disruption.
• Own the Salesforce platform roadmap and align investments with business outcomes.
• Evaluate build vs buy/configure options and select AppExchange solutions and partners.
• Own integrations and data architecture across upstream/downstream systems.
• Onboard acquisitions and new units onto Salesforce with migration planning.
• Establish standards, governance, and manage technical debt backlog.
• Serve as design authority for major platform changes and deployment pipelines.
• Lead release and DevOps strategy including source control and environments.
• Translate roadmap changes into actionable business plans and advise on costs/risks.
• Partner with Information Security on security architecture and audits.
• Mentor administrators and grow the platform capacity as the company scales.
• Manage external partners and ensure delivery meets internal standards.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and resourcing to executives.
