Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a QA professional with hands-on Salesforce testing expertise and hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Omni-Channel routing, and digital engagement tools. The ideal candidate will lead functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across chat, voice, and CTI workflows.

The role requires 7–10+ years of QA experience, 4–6+ years in Salesforce testing, and strong experience with API testing, SQL/SOQL, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of overall QA experience.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on Salesforce testing.
• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud / Service Console experience.
• Experience with Omni-Channel / routing and Guided Flows.
• Experience with Chat / Messaging / Digital Engagement.
• Experience with Voice / CTI / IVR.
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST/SOAP).
• Experience with SQL/SOQL and data validation.
• Experience with CI/CD and Git.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, E2E, and UAT/IAT testing.
• Perform API testing using Postman, REST/SOAP.
• Validate data with SQL/SOQL.
• Collaborate using Jira, Zephyr, TestRail or similar.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
