Job summary

KIS Solutions in the United States seeks a Salesforce Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions for Salesforce and integrated enterprise apps.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, DevOps, and Release teams to assure high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and custom apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of QA automation experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
• Experience testing Lightning Experience applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for Salesforce applications.
• Develop automated test scripts for Lightning UI, Apex-driven workflows, Salesforce Flows, APIs and Integrations.
• Validate Salesforce customizations.
• Execute Functional & Regression Testing.
• Create test & quality engineering strategies.

This role will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, DevOps, and Release teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and custom applications.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in:

• UI and API automation
• Test strategy and quality engineering
• Enterprise integration testing
• Leveraging AI to generate test cases, identify edge cases, analyze test results, and accelerate root cause analysis to improve test design, automation development, and defect analysis.
