Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Program/Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives and drive digital transformations for enterprise clients. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams, govern security and architecture, and champion Agile practices from discovery through release.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT project/program management experience.
4+ years dedicated to managing complex Salesforce programs.
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud RCA.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Collaborate with executives to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
Coordinate across developers, admins, architects, QA, and integration specialists for high-velocity delivery.
Provide technical governance across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
Drive Agile ceremonies and release governance, including planning and backlog grooming.
Identify, track, and mitigate dependencies, blockers, and program risks.
Support SOW creation, effort estimation, and capacity planning for client engagements.
Deliver clear status updates, health metrics, and steering committee presentations.
