Are you an experienced Delivery Leader passionate about driving high-impact digital transformations? Jade Global is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Program / Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives and help our clients optimize their enterprise ecosystems.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead complex Salesforce programs, bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams, oversee architecture and integrations, and drive Agile excellence from discovery to release.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce programs and projects—overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with executive and business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into actionable delivery plans and multi-phase roadmaps.
• Team Orchestration: Coordinate across developers, administrators, architects, QA, and integration specialists to ensure high-velocity, on-track delivery.
• Technical Governance: Provide technical oversight across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise integrations, ensuring adherence to Salesforce security and architecture standards.
• Agile Execution: Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release governance, and change management.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate dependencies, blockers, and program risks.
• Pre-sales & Scoping: Support SOW creation, effort estimation, and capacity planning for new and existing client engagements.
• Executive Reporting: Deliver clear, transparent status updates, health metrics, and steering committee presentations to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 8+ years of total experience in IT project/program management, with at least 4+ years dedicated to managing complex Salesforce programs.
• Domain Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and RCA (Revenue Cloud/Revenue Lifecycle Management) is mandatory.
• Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, custom configuration, declarative development, and modern integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware).
• Agile Delivery: Proven experience leading multi-track teams using Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools like Jira.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, client-facing presence, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant credentials (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud / RCA Certification (strongly preferred).
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) certification.
