Job summary

Ptechpartners is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives using Salesforce across health, service, and sales clouds. You will lead end-to-end programs, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in PM, deep Salesforce expertise, and strong stakeholder communication. Travel to client sites is expected; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with digital transformation and Salesforce implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem: Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, integrations.
• Experience delivering Salesforce through discovery, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Proven track record leading Agile delivery teams, managing plans, risks, budgets, and exec communications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong client-facing consulting with ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Willingness to travel to client locations; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, quality and client expectations.
• Partner with stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and third-party vendors.
• Own integrated project plans, RAID logs, and delivery governance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive accountability across teams.
• Oversee configuration, development, integrations, releases, testing, and deployments.
• Identify risks, changes, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams and priorities.
• Support governance, executive communications, change control, and budgets.
• Contribute to business development through solution planning and proposals.
• Other duties as assigned.
