Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+. You will lead complex Salesforce-focused programs, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver digital transformations for client organizations.

Responsibilities include managing scope, timelines, costs, and quality, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring business outcomes align with client strategy. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with architecture aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Provide leadership to managers across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Oversee architecture oversight and account growth as part of primary responsibilities.
• Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects as needed.
• Travel as required by external clients.
