Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing technology implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Minimum of 3 years leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience delivering multiple complex, enterprise-level projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams that include business analysts, architects, developers, QA, designers, and client stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, resource plans, budgets, forecasts, and governance materials.
• Experience managing project financials including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience applying Agile delivery practices and selecting appropriate frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate project risks and delivery dependencies.
• Experience presenting status, recommendations, and escalations to executive and C-level stakeholders.
