Central Business Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

The Product Owner will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce capabilities are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years with Salesforce.
• Experience as Product Owner, BA, PM, or Salesforce lead.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle knowledge.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap and prioritization.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and refine user stories.
• Serve as primary decision-maker for Salesforce functionality and backlog.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
• Drive adoption across Customer Service, Sales, Ops, and Field Services.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate status to leadership.
• Support release planning and UAT activities.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
