Job summary

Cyber Space Technologies LLC in Florida is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions that support business operations and digital transformation.

As the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will own the product roadmap, translate needs into user stories, and guide agile delivery to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 13+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years with Salesforce platforms.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Salesforce Lead.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership, architects, developers, and admins to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs for Agile teams.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for Salesforce functionality and backlog prioritization.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demonstrations.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce solutions across Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and Field Services.
