Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead vision, strategy, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.

You will liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Salesforce capabilities meet goals and deliver measurable value. Responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, prioritizing features, translating requirements into user stories, and guiding Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, incl. 5+ years with Salesforce.
• Experience as Product Owner, BA, PM, or Salesforce Lead.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and admins.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Decide backlog priorities and Salesforce functionality.
• Lead sprint planning, grooming, and demos for stakeholders.
• Drive adoption across Customer Service, Sales, Ops, and Field Services.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across Salesforce.
• Monitor KPIs and outcomes; report status to executives.
• Support release planning, UAT, training, and change mgmt.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
