Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Serve as the senior functional contact for Salesforce initiatives, managing the backlog and prioritizing work by value and alignment.
• Collaborate with executives, Sales, Ops, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate a multi-year roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM products and accelerate producer productivity and Salesforce adoption.
• Oversee product and program execution across Salesforce initiatives, including roadmap sequencing and delivery planning.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies via Scrum Masters while guiding Product Owner decisions and backlog priorities.
• Partner with Salesforce developers and architects to ensure solutions meet requirements and standards.
• Review and approve designs from business/product perspectives aligning with Salesforce roadmap and outcomes.
• Lead UAT, business readiness, and stakeholder feedback to improve releases.
• Provide governance for QA activities, test strategy, and release readiness.
• Monitor KPIs for Salesforce initiatives, focusing on adoption, productivity, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Foster continuous improvement within the CRM Product Group and across teams.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including PMs, Scrum Masters, Architects, and QA professionals.
• Manage people through recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
• Coordinate capacity and resource allocation across Salesforce initiatives for high-value work.
• Present strategy and status to senior leadership and adjust priorities as needed.
• Act as delivery counterpart to technical teams, ensuring collaboration across product, architecture, and engineering.
• Oversee vendor performance and supplemental resources as needed.
• Empower team members to own their work while delivering business value and quality.
