Huntington is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive planning, prioritization, and delivery of AI and data-enabled products for Commercial Banking. You will own the product plan end-to-end, collaborating with engineering, data science, risk, compliance, and EDAS/Technology Innovation to ensure measurable value for bankers and clients.
The role emphasizes user-value-led definition, governance-aware roadmapping, and adoption measurement across Salesforce and core banking workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Product Management or Digital project delivery experience in Consumer or Business and Commercial Banking.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accountability for the product plan, investment case, and status for assigned AI initiatives.
- Lead user-value-driven definition with stakeholder engagement and validation of needs.
- Maintain an integrated portfolio view with dependencies and adoption milestones.
- Define success metrics and ensure adoption links to business outcomes (revenue, productivity, client experience).
