Job summary

Nava is seeking a Product Manager to advance government digital services, partnering with government clients and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams. You will craft user-centric experiences for end users and population segments, guiding feature scope and business impact on government contracts.

You will collaborate with government partners and cross-functional teams to set direction, measure success, and translate data insights into action, delivering value in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships, record types, page layouts).
• Experience configuring declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and reports/dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical, user experience, and PM trade-offs.
• Strong bias toward action and ability to operate in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, goals, and success measures for the products you manage.
• Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and technical leads to gather market research and requirements.
• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects from initiatives to features and metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize and iterate on product initiatives with stakeholders and partners.
• Coordinate with project management to prioritize roadmaps and inbound work.
• Represent Nava’s outcome- and user-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies.
