Nava Public Benefit Corp. seeks a Product Manager to drive our government-focused digital services vision. You’ll collaborate with government partners and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to create user-centered experiences that improve millions of Americans’ lives.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to set direction, define features, and measure business impact on government contracts. A passion for public good and user-centric design is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Product Manager/Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on Salesforce data model knowledge.
• Experience configuring declarative tools like Flow and reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to build buy-in across teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for trade-offs.
• Bias toward action and operating in ambiguity.
• Define product objectives and reverse engineer paths.
• Identify market trends affecting product direction.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, goals, and measures of success for products.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and technical leads to discover needs.
• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects and features.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize and build buy-in for initiatives with government partners.
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management.
• Represent Nava's outcomes-centric approach in discovery meetings.
• Understand needs of end users and population segments.
• Measure progress toward goals and translate data into action.
• Make tactical decisions to improve design and requirements.
