Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision for government-facing digital services. You’ll collaborate with government partners and Nava teams to deliver simple, usable solutions that meet contract goals and user needs.

You will work with engineers, designers, and business partners to define features, prioritize work, and measure impact, while thriving in a remote-first, national context. A strong customer focus and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model and objects.
• Experience configuring declarative tools like Flow, reports, and dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong bias toward action in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to reverse engineer path to objectives.
• Identify market trends and adapt plans accordingly.
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative mindset.
