Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision for our government-focused digital services. You will partner with engineers, designers, and government clients to deliver simple, usable government-facing products that impact millions of users.

You will set direction, scope features, and measure outcomes while navigating ambiguous situations and communicating transparently to build consensus across Nava and partner teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Salesforce-based products.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, objects, fields, relationships, and page layouts.
• Experience configuring declarative tools (Flow, validation rules, permission sets, reports/dashboards).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and shipping consumer web applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, goals, and success measures for products/services you manage.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and tech leads to discover market and user needs.
• Prioritize projects from high-level initiatives to specific features and metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize and iterate on product initiatives with stakeholders and partners.
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management to align work.
