Job summary

Nava is seeking a Product Manager to drive our vision for digital government services. You will partner with government teams and Nava's engineers, designers, and managers to craft simple, user‑centered experiences and set product direction in a highly ambiguous environment.

You will prioritize features, define success metrics, and translate research into actionable roadmaps while collaborating with partners and contractors to deliver value for government contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products like Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model: objects, fields, relationships, and page layouts.
• Experience configuring declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and reports/dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, goals, and measures of success for the products and services you manage.
• Work with designers, analysts, and technical leads to discover market research, user needs, and business requirements.
• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects from initiatives to specific features and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize and iterate on product initiatives with teams and government partners.
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management and other contractors.
• Represent Nava's outcome-centric, user-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies and contractors.
• Understand end-user needs and population segments we serve and our government partners.
• Measure progress toward business goals and translate data insights into actions.
• Make tactical decisions to improve design, define requirements, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
