Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision for digital government services. You will partner with government agencies and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to create user‑friendly experiences that serve millions of Americans.

You’ll define scope, measure impact, and steer features from discovery to delivery. You will liaise with government partners and cross‑functional teams to set direction, clarify requirements, and translate insights into action

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model and objects.
• Experience configuring declarative tools (Flow, rules, permission sets, reports).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Strong ability to generate product plans and build cross‑team buy‑in.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, goals, and success metrics for your products.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and technical leads to gather requirements.
• Define scope and priority of projects and translate into features and metrics.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize and iterate on product initiatives with government partners and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps with project managers and inbound work.
• Represent Nava’s user-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies.
