Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to advance our mission of reimagining how government services are delivered. You will work with government partners and cross‑functional teams to define scope, drive features, and measure impact on contracts.

You care about end users and thrive in ambiguous spaces, translating data into action and ensuring user‑centric designs guide decisions. This role offers remote-friendly scheduling and opportunities across multiple government projects.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model including objects and relationships
• Experience configuring declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and reports/dashboards
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications
• Ability to build strong product plans and gain buy-in across teams and partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication for trade-offs
• Bias towards action in ambiguous situations

Aufgaben

• Define the vision, goals, and measures of success for the products you manage
• Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and technical leads to synthesize market and user needs
• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects from high-level initiatives to specific features
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects
• Socialize and build buy-in for product initiatives with government partners and contractors
• Prioritize roadmaps and inbound work with the project management team
• Represent Nava's user-centric approach in meetings with agencies and contractors
• Understand needs of end users and government partners
• Measure progress toward business goals and translate insights into action
• Make tactical decisions to improve design and requirements
