Job summary

CI&T is seeking a focused backend/frontend engineering professional to develop and evolve real-time personalization solutions using Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio). You will implement server-side campaigns via REST APIs and Webhooks, and document solutions for technical reviews.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Personalization and Data Cloud, with ability to translate business needs into technical specs and work autonomously across projects.

Qualifications

Solid experience with Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio).
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and work autonomously.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and integrations with Sales/Service Cloud.
Knowledge of A/B testing and omnichannel personalization strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve real-time personalization solutions using Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio).
Implement server-side campaigns and integrations via REST APIs and Webhooks.
Document solutions and support technical reviews and knowledge sharing.
