Job summary

CI&T is seeking a focused backend/frontend engineering professional to develop and evolve real-time personalization solutions using Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio). You will implement server-side campaigns via REST APIs and Webhooks, and document solutions for technical reviews.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Personalization and Data Cloud, with ability to translate business needs into technical specs and work autonomously across projects.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and work autonomously.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and integrations with Sales/Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and omnichannel personalization strategies.
