Job summary

Proviniti is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale BIS Transformation across Sales, Contracts, Pricing, Billing and Audit. The role combines hands-on discovery with cross‑workstream analysis to deliver enterprise platforms with strong governance and data integrity.

You will lead enterprise discovery, document As‑Is/To‑Be processes, and coordinate with Salesforce and SAP teams to ensure alignment with the end-to-end Order-to-Cash roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of enterprise business analysis experience on large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud; CPQ preferred).
• Experience with SAP finance and billing processes is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise discovery, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured enterprise discovery across Sales, Contracts, Pricing, Billing, Finance, and Audit.
• Document and own As-Is and To-Be process flows, system workflows, data flows, integrations, and manual activities.
• Identify operational risks, dependencies, financial control gaps, and compliance impacts.
• Partner with solution architects to ensure business intent is reflected in technical designs.
