SRM Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the data migration strategy within a large O2C transformation, migrating from Salesforce CPQ/Billing to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. The role focuses on governance, documentation, and cross-functional alignment, not on hands-on data migration.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise tech or transformation programs.
• At least 3 years supporting data migration, conversion, or system replacement programs.
• Strong understanding of Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) processes (quoting, contracts, billing, invoicing, receivables, renewals, revenue recognition).
• Experience defining migration scope (active vs historical, retained vs retired, in-flight during cutover).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops with business, product, engineering, and data stakeholders.

• Establish a standardized data migration framework with decision inventories, docs, and governance.
• Define migration scope with stakeholders for active, historical, retained, retired, and in-flight records.
• Document source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and data dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to resolve migration questions and dependencies.
• Coordinate with downstream analytics and reporting teams to ensure continuity of business reporting.
• Maintain a centralized repository of migration decisions, mappings, dependencies, and issues.
• Track milestones across build, testing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Coordinate cutover sequencing and go/no-go readiness criteria across teams.
• Maintain RAID logs, dependency matrices, and executive status reports.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions to program leadership.
