Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Consultant to support Salesforce rollout across the Operations organization. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will coordinate, plan, and develop business analysis and requirements documentation to enable large-scale initiatives and readiness activities.

You will collaborate with operations, technology teams, suppliers, and procurement to translate user needs into effective requirements, and guide less-experienced

Qualifications

• Extensive collaboration across multiple business units and external teams.
• Experience translating user needs into actionable requirements.
• Proven ability to gather and manage requirements for large-scale initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior analysts while driving delivery.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and define business and/or systems scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering limitations, operating time, and desired results
• Provide analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into system requirements
• Guide and advise less-experienced Business Analysts
• Operate at a high technical level across multiple phases of business and systems analysis
• Drive escalation analysis and resolution on complex issues
• Communicate difficult decisions clearly with internal and external colleagues
• Develop recommendations by applying critical thinking to weigh risk
• Lead initiatives supporting business strategy and process improvement
• Identify gaps in processes and procedures and recommend improvements
• Develop a network of resources across the organization and vendor partners
• Facilitate and organize meetings with key stakeholders and business partners
