ZipStaff Inc. in Creve Coeur, MO, is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to support large-scale business and technology transformations, partnering with business stakeholders, end users and IT teams to assess current-state processes and translate objectives into technology-enabled solutions.

Salesforce and/or O2C experience is key. You will lead requirements elicitation, analyze processes, translate needs into functional specifications, and guide cross-functional discussions to deliver

Qualificações

• Extensive, tenured Business Analysis experience.
• Salesforce and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process experience.
• Experience supporting large, complex business and technology transformations.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational and technology ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence decisions across business and IT teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, prioritization and validation.
• Analyze current- and future-state business processes, identifying gaps, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and align business and technology stakeholders.
• Support solution design, testing, requirements traceability and implementation readiness.
• Assess business impacts, risks and dependencies associated with transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and help ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value.
• Provide guidance and leadership in business analysis activities as needed.
