Deloitte, a leading global professional services firm, seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant in the US to lead current and future state design for Life Sciences processes and articulate actionable roadmaps. You will partner with cross-functional teams and drive advisory work to translate business needs into Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of professional experience in consulting or Life Sciences roles such as commercial operations or sales operations.
3+ years of ownership of at least one core Life Sciences process (e.g., KAM, Speaker/Event, Field Coaching, Medical Interactions).
Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Experience translating business process requirements into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead current state assessments and future state visioning for core Life Sciences processes and articulate the journey to stakeholders.
Act as the functional voice, challenging legacy assumptions and aligning design to business intent.
Partner with solution architects to translate future state design into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
Identify and scope opportunities for agentic AI to augment processes with a human-in-the-loop model.
Facilitate design workshops and governance conversations to convert domain expertise into build-ready requirements.
Develop business cases and executive-ready narratives linking transformation to outcomes.
Provide planning and advisory support across the sales and medical lifecycle from design through adoption.
Mentor colleagues to build functional to technical fluency.
