Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant to lead current state assessments and design future state processes for life sciences commercial and medical workflows. You will translate business needs into Salesforce capabilities, mentor teammates, and collaborate with AI, architecture and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead current state assessments and future state vision for core Life Sciences processes.
Translate future state design into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
Partner with architects to ensure builds stay aligned with business intent.
Identify opportunities for agentic AI integration and define human-in-the-loop models.
Facilitate design workshops and governance conversations with client stakeholders.
Develop business cases and executive narratives linking process transformation to outcomes.
Support sales and medical technology lifecycle activities from design to adoption.
Mentor colleagues to grow functional and technical fluency.
Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work, and client presentations.
