Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients in the United States. You will engage with customers to understand needs, design custom solutions, and deliver innovative, real-world implementations.

You will provide consultative advice on best practices and create end-to-end solutions. The role requires Salesforce expertise, certification or MBA, 5+ years on the platform, and experience guiding multiple projects

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce core products
• Salesforce certification or MBA with 5+ years on the Salesforce platform
• Experience leading multiple enterprise projects end-to-end
• Strong client-facing consulting and cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to travel at least 20%
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery and documenting requirements to define a scope of work.
• Resource planning for sold scopes of work with Practice Directors.
• Capture business needs and define requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop clear, cohesive scopes of work meeting business needs.
• Lead implementation and oversee architectural design with the delivery team.
• Facilitate project kickoffs and weekly client status meetings.
• Perform final QA of completed work.
• Design and deliver end-user training as needed.
• Develop roadmaps for future initiatives with the client.
• Share accountability for end-to-end project success with the PM.
