Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Senior Associate in Technology to design, develop, and configure scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud capabilities such as care plans and provider/patient relationship management.

The role involves building Apex, LWC, and Flows, integrating with Epic and HL7/FHIR APIs, and ensuring HIPAA/HITRUST compliance while supporting CI/CD-driven deployments in a healthcare advisory setting.

Qualifications

Three years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers.
Bachelor’s degree required; Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certifications are mandatory.
Knowledge of Health Cloud data models, integrations, APIs, and healthcare compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows; participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
Configure Agentforce agents, topics, and AI experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
Implement agent testing, monitoring, and guardrails to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Integrate Salesforce with Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, and HL7/FHIR APIs while maintaining HIPAA/HITRUST compliance.
Collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions and support release management and performance tuning.
