Qualifications

Five+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows and Triggers.
Bachelor's degree required; Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certifications mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Health Cloud, HIPAA data security, and EHR/EMR integrations (HL7/FHIR).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure scalable Salesforce solutions.
Build Apex, triggers, LWCs, and Flows; participate in code reviews and deployments with CI/CD.
Configure Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, and AI templates; ensure testing and guardrails.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (HL7/FHIR); ensure healthcare compliance.
Support release management, performance tuning, and environment strategies.
Collaborate with analysts, admins, and architects to translate requirements into solutions.
