Job summary

LS Solutions seeks a Senior Associate in Technology to design, develop, and integrate Salesforce Health Cloud solutions including care plans, data models, and provider/patient management.

You will build Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers, configure Health Cloud data modeling, and advance AI-based capabilities while ensuring HIPAA/HITRUST-aligned security. Travel for client work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows and Triggers.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist) required.
• Healthcare data model expertise and healthcare system integrations preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs and version control; data cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Role Overview: Seeking a Senior Associate in Technology within the Advisory practice, focusing on designing, developing, and integrating Salesforce solutions, especially Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management.

• Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to meet business needs; configure Salesforce Health Cloud data models; develop AI-driven solutions using Prompt Builder and generative AI concepts; integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems via APIs while ensuring compliance with data security regulations like HIPAA and HITRUST.
• Collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions; contribute to release management, performance tuning, and environment strategies; participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement agent testing, observability, guardrails, and monitor AI and system performance; manage integrations with systems such as Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR APIs.
