Job summary

RoShay Services in the United States is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable Health Cloud solutions, including care plans, data models, and provider/patient management.

You will implement Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and integrations with Epic, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR, while ensuring HIPAA/HITRUST compliance. Collaborative delivery with analysts, admins, and architects, plus CI/CD and performance tuning, are essential to success.

Qualifications

Minimum five years Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; Salesforce certifications Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist required.
Strong knowledge of Health Cloud, healthcare data models, and HL7/FHIR integrations.
Experience with APIs, CI/CD, version control, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions focused on Health Cloud features.
Build Apex classes, Triggers, LWCs, and Flows; participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments.
Configure Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, actions, and AI experiences.
Integrate Salesforce with Epic, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR APIs ensuring data security and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with analysts, admins, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Contribute to release management and performance tuning while maintaining professionalism.
