Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Senior Associate in Technology to design, develop, and configure scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud capabilities such as care plans and provider/patient relationship management.

The role involves building Apex, LWC, and Flows, integrating with Epic and HL7/FHIR APIs, and ensuring HIPAA/HITRUST compliance while supporting CI/CD-driven deployments in a healthcare advisory setting.

Qualifications

• Three years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certifications are mandatory.
• Knowledge of Health Cloud data models, integrations, APIs, and healthcare compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows; participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure Agentforce agents, topics, and AI experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
• Implement agent testing, monitoring, and guardrails to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Integrate Salesforce with Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, and HL7/FHIR APIs while maintaining HIPAA/HITRUST compliance.

Role Overview:

The Senior Associate in Technology within the Advisory practice is responsible for designing, developing, and configuring scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows; participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.


• Configure Agentforce agents, topics, and AI experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.


• Implement agent testing, monitoring, and guardrails to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Integrate Salesforce with external systems like Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, and HL7/FHIR APIs while maintaining healthcare data security standards such as HIPAA and HITRUST.


• Collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions and support release management and performance tuning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum three years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers.


• Bachelor’s degree required; Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist are mandatory.


• Knowledge of Health Cloud data models, system integrations, APIs, and healthcare compliance is essential.


• Proficiency with version control, CI/CD tools, and responsible AI concepts is preferred.


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
