Job summary

Slalom Consulting seeks an experienced Salesforce leader to drive Enterprise Business Applications across Mountain West markets. The role focuses on Salesforce pursuits, client success, and GTM strategy for financial services, fintech, technology, healthcare, and public sector projects.

Denver or Salt Lake City area candidates are preferred. The position combines strategic direction, opportunity identification, and delivery oversight, with emphasis on developing talent and expanding key client

Qualifications

• 8 years' experience in a large consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, public sector, and financial services.
• Expert business development and client management with C-level relationships.
• Track record of implementing Salesforce cloud solutions.
• Technical understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive GTM focus within Mountain West markets to grow Salesforce engagements.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor delivery teams across capabilities.
• Develop relationships with Account and Industry teams and Salesforce.
• Lead multi-capability solutioning and complex deals with sales leadership.
• Oversee delivery quality and governance of Salesforce projects in market.
• Plan campaigns, events, and speak at external conferences to generate opportunities.
