Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Salesforce leader to drive services and client success across the Pacific Northwest manufacturing clients. You will provide thought leadership, shape GTM strategy, and ensure high-quality delivery across pursuits and engagements.

Located in Seattle or Portland, you’ll mentor teams, partner with sales and industry partners, and help grow Slalom’s Salesforce and Enterprise Business Applications capabilities through strategic initiatives and executive relationship

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a large consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of Technology, Retail and Manufacturing.
• Proven Salesforce cloud implementation experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex pursuits.
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Track record of client relationship management at C-level.

Responsibilities

• Drive GTM and sales motions for Pacific Northwest.
• Provide engagement oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
• Mentor and upskill delivery teams.
• Partner with Account and Industry teams and Salesforce.
• Develop leading practice for GTM activities.
