Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Business Applications to lead the Salesforce platform and connected applications for a 1,000+ user environment. You will own strategy, architecture, and delivery across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Professional Services, partnering with stakeholders to drive scalable, compliant solutions.

You will lead a high-performing team, oversee security and governance, and push for Agile delivery and AI-assisted optimization to accelerate value realization

Qualifications

• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Deep Salesforce expertise covering architecture, security, CPQ, and integrations with team leadership.
• Strong command of Salesforce security model (org defaults, sharing, field security, Shield).
• Fluency in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks (planning, backlog, sprints).
• Understanding of Salesforce integration architecture (REST/SOAP) and middleware (Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps (DX, sandbox, CI/CD, release governance).
• Led Salesforce/enterprise integrations in M&A contexts.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA data privacy in Salesforce configurations.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) or equivalent experience.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Salesforce admins and developers.
• Own strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery roadmap for Salesforce ecosystem.
• Translate business needs into technical design and deliver new functionality and integrations.
• Manage Salesforce CPQ configuration including catalog, pricing rules, templates, and workflows.
• Design and enforce data governance, security, and login policies.
• Promote Agile/Scrum delivery—sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
• Establish DevOps practices using Salesforce DX, CI/CD, Prodly, Copado, Gearset.
• Lead M&A workstreams for data migration, org consolidation, post-close integration.
• Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance with data Residency and retention policies.
