Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day administration and stability of Salesforce GovCloud environments.
• Coordinate configuration, metadata, and deployment activities to maintain governance and prevent disruption.
• Manage user access, security controls, and data integrity in Salesforce.
• Monitor performance, logs, integrations, and security events; lead issue resolution with Salesforce Support and vendors.
• Guide environment planning, sandbox refresh cycles, and release readiness during updates.
• Maintain data backup strategies and ensure recoverability of production data.
• Coordinate with integration teams to keep connected systems current in production schedules.
• Supervise Salesforce administrators and enforce operational standards.
• Serve as primary contact for Salesforce licensing, renewals, and vendor coordination.
